When can an order be cancelled?
Orders may be cancelled only before they are processed, packed, or handed over for dispatch. Once order processing has started, cancellation may no longer be possible.
How do I request a cancellation?

Can customised or special orders be cancelled?
Customised, made-to-order, personalised, or special procurement items may not be eligible for cancellation once the order has been confirmed or production has begun.
What if my order has already shipped?
If your order has already been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. In such cases, please refer to our return and refund policies, where applicable.
Will I receive a full refund after cancellation?
If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, any eligible refund will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.
Can Decoriva Living cancel an order?
We reserve the right to cancel orders due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraudulent activity, payment issues, or other operational reasons. In such cases, any eligible payment received will be refunded appropriately.
