Refunds may be approved for eligible orders where a return request has been accepted in line with our return guidelines. Items must generally be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging, tags, and accessories wherever applicable.
Processing
Refund Review Process
Once the returned product reaches us, our team reviews the item for condition, completeness, and eligibility. If the return is approved, the refund is initiated to the original payment method or another suitable method communicated by our support team.
Timelines
When You Receive It
After approval, refund timelines may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, UPI provider, wallet, or payment gateway. Processing delays caused by financial institutions are outside our direct control, but we are happy to assist with status updates.

Shipping charges, convenience fees, COD charges, gift-wrap fees, or other service-related charges may be non-refundable unless otherwise stated or required under applicable law.
Refunds may be declined or adjusted for items that are damaged after delivery due to misuse, returned incomplete, used, altered, or sent back without approval where approval is required.
If an order is cancelled before dispatch, any eligible refund will usually be processed back to the original payment method. For prepaid orders, please ensure your payment details and contact information are accurate to avoid delays.
